Orders of Saint Michael were presented to Mr. Gary Anderson (Director, BWS Division), Ms. Lisa Bailey (Director of Training), Mr. Steve Crouch (Director, Academics Division), Mr. George Small (Commander, Charger Flight, Primary Division), and Mr. Dave VanConant (Director of Quality) during Safety Stand-Down Day ceremonies attended by LSI family members and fellow employees. These senior managers have demonstrated the highest standards of integrity and moral character, display an outstanding degree of professional competence, and serve the US Army Aviation branch with distinction. Helicopter Overwater Survival Training (HOST) Team is proud to announce the winner of the Fort Rucker 2008 Woman of the Year in the Government Contractor Employee Category, our Director of Training, Ms. Karen Roberts. Ms. Roberts was selected for her dedication to our service men and women; technical expertise in water survival; professional presence; and selfless service. As one of the HOST Team Leaders, Karen would prefer to recognize other LSI team members.
