The Director of the Basic Warfighter Skills Division oversees the training of flight students in Tactical Mission Planning, modes of Terrain Flight and basic tactical navigational skills. Additionally, he provides oversight of the Quality Control Program within the division. This covers daily flight briefings, IP/student records and a No-Notice evaluation program. Additionally retains the responsibility for training all new-hire URS Instructor Pilots and military oversight personnel.

Mr. Anderson has been with the flight training contract for over 7 years and is a former Army aviator with 5,400 hours of flight time.
