The Director of the Advanced Division oversees the training of 8 flights of Initial Entry Rotary Wing (IERW) for instrument flight qualification with an annual student population of approximately 1200. Additionally, he provides oversight of graduate flight programs consisting of the Rotary Wing Instrument Flight Examiner’s Course, the Rotary Wing Instrument Course and the Advanced IFR Training Course.

Mr. Denton has been with the flight training contract for 25 years and is a former Master Army aviator with 6,000 hours of flight time.
