The Director of the Academic Division oversees the classroom training of all flight students in both the Primary and Instrument phases of training. He provides oversight for lesson plan and examination development utilizing the Automated Systems Approach to Training. Additionally, he maintains inventory of all training materials.

Mr. Susi is a former Army aviator with 13,000 hours of flight time.
